Announcing Atto Accelerator Demo Day 2020

Founded in 2019, Atto is a new school for female tech entrepreneurship. Our flagship offering is a 12-week remote pre-accelerator program that has been backed by LaunchVic in Australia and AWS in New Zealand.

We help female founders launch tech companies in an independent, scalable, and sustainable manner. Our goal is to become the number one educational provider for the world’s most promising female founders.

Please join us for our upcoming startup showcase to wrap-up 2020 (what a year) and support the teams!

About Kate Morris:

Kate Morris is the co-founder of Adore Beauty. From its inception in Kate’s garage in 1999, Adore Beauty is now Australia’s leading pureplay beauty e-tailer, winning multiple awards and boasting the top beauty podcast in the country. Kate is a two-time winner at the Telstra Business Women’s Awards, and in 2017 was the first woman to receive the Industry Recognition Award for e-commerce at the StarTrack ORIAs. Adore Beauty has been featured on Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50 list for the last 6 years in a row. In October 2020 Adore Beauty listed on the ASX (ASX:ABY), setting a record for the largest Australian IPO by a female co-founder & CEO team.

About our judges:

We're excited to be joined by three active investors, who understand the full spectrum of startups, as our judges:

Aprill Allen is a general partner at Tractor Ventures: a revenue-based investment alternative—and managing director of boutique consultancy, Knowledge Bird. Aprill specialises in helping founders and enterprises deliver customer support and success at scale.

Kylie Frazer is the managing partner at Eleanor Venture. Kylie is a specialist capital raising/M&A lawyer and has been obsessed with the art of deal-making for 20 years. She has founded two technology businesses and used this experience to help other companies secure funding and scale. Kylie likes to think of herself as an execution ninja and is one of the straightest talkers in the game.

Hugh Stephens is the founder and general partner of Galileo Ventures. Galileo's mission is to enable first-time emerging founders. These founders Hugh regularly saw as under-funded and under-supported by the existing ecosystem as an angel investor. After three years of raising, Galileo launched its inaugural $10m fund in 2020. Hugh is also the founder of Sked Social: a social media scheduling platform trusted by 10000+ brands.

We'll also be officially launching our new Atto Academy offering on the day!
