Atto Community Update: Nov 2021

Atto HQ 🏡

November was a massive month at Atto!

Within our flagship program, we had 23 startups complete the 12-week virtual accelerator and pitch their businesses during our public Demo Day. We also hosted Kristy Chong at Demo Day where she shared her inspiring business journey over the past 10+ years of building the global brand ModiBodi. Watch Demo Day and Kristy Chong here.

Atto’s founder Kate Kendall appeared on Ausbiz TV where she shared more about the program and some of the startups to look out for. Watch the interview with Kate (at 27-min mark) here.

Startup Daily also shared a preview of what to expect at Demo Day and showcased the 23 startups pitching. Read more in Startup Daily.

Atto’s Program Manager Lana Weal was a part of the annual One Roof x Startup Vic #HerStartup pitch night. The event acknowledges that while the need to support women entrepreneurs is not a new conversation, it is one we need to keep having. The winners walked away with $5,000 cash along with a bunch of sponsored prizes. Watch the pitch night on Startup Vic’s YouTube.

Atto Accelerator 🚀

Our third batch of female founders have now completed our flagship 12-week Accelerator program. In less than three months, 26 female founders validated their ideas, built MVPs, and planned out how to reach new customers.
